FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
The Franchisor is hereby bound to grant to the Franchisee the package of rights, methods of operation and other know-how, that are the subject of this Agreement and to meet other obligations stipulated in this Agreement. The Franchisee in turn is bound to pay to the Franchisor the amount of money stipulated in this Agreement and to meet other obligations, stipulated in this Agreement.
