DEU: Auf Grundlage dieses Vertrags verpflichtet sich der Lieferant, dem Vertrieb die Vertragsprodukte regelmäßig zu liefern gemäß dem jeweiligen Auftrag, dem festgesetzten Vertragspreis und zum Zweck des Weiterverkaufs im Vertragsgebiet. Ferner verpflichet er sich, die üblichen Vertragspflichten zu erfüllen und Dritten im Vertragsgebiet keine Rechte zum Vertrieb der Vertragsprodukte einzuräumen. HRT: Tim se ugovorom dobavljač obvezuje da će distributeru temeljem njegove narudžbe redovito isporučivati proizvode određene tim ugovorom, po cijeni određenoj tim ugovorom, radi daljnje prodaje na teritoriju određenom tim ugovorom, da na tom teritoriju neće omogućiti drugim osobama da bi one prodavale proizvode određene tim ugovorom, te da će ispuniti ostale obveze utvrđene tim ugovorom.
